This smartly furnished and well renovated cottage is 3/4 mile level walk from Monkbar, York Minster and the delightful medieval shopping streets and huge range of visitor attractions and museums in the city centre (there is also a regular bus service).
Peacefully set with its pleasant rear patio garden at the end of a row in a quiet cul de sac, it also lies within an easy drive of the Yorkshire moors and coast, Pickering, Castle Howard and Rievaulx Abbey. Cinema, swimming and cycle hire locally; pubs and shops 200 yards.
