The large decked balcony is perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco on warmer days where abundant wildlife can be seen in the woodland leading to Sewerby Hall.

Bempton Cliffs one of England's treasured Heritage Coasts where puffins, guillemots and gannets nest in the Spring is close by, or travel into Bridlington where boat trips can be taken from the harbour. The Inn and Restaurant are open to visitors on the golf complex, and discounts may apply to green fees for the 18 hole golf course. Sewerby has a general store and pub with Flamborough village just a 5 minute drive away whilst Filey, Scarborough and Whitby further along the coast are within driving distance.
