The cottage is approached by a farm lane, surrounded by open farmland, adjacent to Barn Owl Cottage (ref 2224) and the owner,s quiet 10 unit caravan site. The historic village of Easby (0.5 miles) has a 12th Century Abbey, and the market town of Richmond (2 miles) is home to a Norman Castle and Keep, antique shops, Georgian theatre, restaurants and local inns. Lovely riverside walks, fishing and wildlife add to the attractive location with the beauties of Swaledale and Wensleydale within a short drive.
