The very spacious Banktop Cottage is set at Cropton close to the Pickering and on the edge of the North york Moors. Cropton is a beautiful and tranquil village with a pub within easy staggering distance! Heartbeat country and the city of York are also just a short drive or bus ride.
A generously proportioned cottage close to the North York Moors National park and 'Heartbeat' country. North York Moors Steam Railway, the City of York and Castle Howard are close by, with the Yorkshire coast just a short drive away.
Set in a peaceful garden adjacent to the owners' home, the cottage has a beautifully designed interior. Superb walking and cycling at Cropton Forest. Flamingo Land and Castle Howard are close by, and scenic ‘Heartbeat' moorland roads lead to Whitby. The historic city of York, seaside town of Scarborough and the picturesque fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay lie within a 40 minute drive. Shop 4 miles.
Accommodation details: Hall. Cloakroom/WC. Beamed sitting/dining room with wood burning stove in inglenook fireplace, kitchen area and French doors to patio. Double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle.
